The structural token fee paid for the official School Prospectus, Application Form, and Entrance Assessment Registration is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This baseline amount is consumed instantly to process administrative logistics, documentation, and evaluation test setups.
Admission fees secure a dedicated seat for the student for the dynamic session. Withdrawal conditions apply as follows:
School transport/van route tracking systems require structural maintenance. Transport fees must be cleared consistently. Withdrawal from the transport service requires a **one-month advance written notice** submitted to the principal desk. Transport fees paid for the running month will not be refunded or partitioned for loose days.
Any distinct exceptional case approved explicitly by the managing panel will be disbursed transparently. The complete settlement timeline spans 15 to 20 business working days from the official verification date. The repayment will be executed solely via secure electronic Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or crossed Bank Cheque drawn under the validated name of the parent/guardian. Cash cash payouts are strictly restricted.
